Namaste Hearts Yoga is a playful and fun approach to yoga. Exploring yoga and mindfulness through games, stories, music, mindful activities and movement. Our mission is to help students build confidence and learn ways to calm the body and mind.

 

​Namaste Hearts Yoga will also bring opportunities to make new friends and connect with others, so that students can develop social skills and a sense of community. Students will gain self-esteem, self-worth and self-confidence while developing life skills through mindfulness.
